Degelis (or "Dege" pronounced "Dayj") is the Co-Founder & CEO of TribeTokes. In 2016 she set forth on a mission to develop and launch clean, consciously-created cannabis products, and to build a brand that consumers can trust in this burgeoning industry. She started her career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan in New York, and subsequently earned her CFA designation in 2012 while serving as an investment analyst at Sands Capital covering the Consumer/Retail sector. She left finance to join an early stage fashion technology startup as COO, and subsequently served as interim COO and Managing Director at Instafluence, one of the first social media influencer agencies, which sold to Maker Studios in July 2015. After Instafluence Dege started her first brand, TribeTats, where she cut her teeth in brand development, digital marketing, design and e-commerce operations.
