Responsible for training new associates and training current associates on new product lines. I mainly deal with high revenue, highly complex product offererings consisting of the Variable Data Postcard line as well as the Custom work that we print in house such as stepped coupon books. I am constantly improving processes and making our team more efficient by leveraging technology and automation. I work on several build teams across functions and overcome obstacles to meet deadlines with the ultimate goal of working better, smarter, faster while exceeding the expectation of our clients.

Layout and design multiple product lines for local and national clients. Postcards, value sheets, 4 page tabs, etc. Worked closely with Papa Johns to distribute their national creatives to the Advo print hubs. Went on several successful client calls to improve the handoff process and make more efficient on both sides when dealing with client supplied art.

Jockey at tracks throughout the US. Maintain a high level of fitness, work with Agents and Owners. A lot of travel and media obligations.
