During the internship of 2 months in Warri, Nigeria, I work on several research projects from the mechanical department.

For a renovation project in Soignies, there was a need for several pieces of architectural steel constructions, such as fences, stairs, railings, facades, portails and so on. My task was to make sure the plans from the engineers were brought into reality. Which contained making sure the correct profiles were ordered and the constructions could be delivered on time to the galvanisation. Also the guiding of an interim worker was one of the tasks.

As a technician I was responsible for several different maintenance works.The tasks were at different customer locations such as Bekaert, Prince and Lutosa.

My task was to help customers with technical issues on the field, as well as assembling new machines.For the new machine building, I was involved with all the possible stages of the building process, from welding the chassis to laying in the cables for the control of the machine.

As an intern by the department of innovation of the CNH plant in zedelgem, I had the possibility to go on field tests with the latest innovations on the field of combine harvesters. My task was performing modifications on the machines between two test shifts and also driving the machines to the right fields. The team skills were also improved because we worked together for 3 weeks during long working days and with a group of 15 people.
