FunctionsI provided documentation for a client-server content production platform designed for big publishing companies. The client side was represented by popular desktop applications (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, InCopy, MS Word) plug-ins and a web-panel to access and administer the content and the system. The server part functions were performed on a JBoss based Java servers and two utilities enabling integration with external systems.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and keeping in good state documents required for installing, configuring and using the system. This included User Guide, Configuration Guide, and Installation Guide. I also wrote Release Notes and a web services SOAP API guide.AchievementsI created the whole set of these documents alone from scratch. Doing this, I acquired a good experience of using MS Word as a semi-professional editing publishing tool and the basics of client-server technologies, object-oriented programming, Oracle, XML and SOAP.
