Roles and Responsibilities:• Generate leads, present, and sell products based on customers’ needs• Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, game plan, goal set and discipline fellow distributors• Delegate project tasks based on co-distributors’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels• Use and continually develop leadership skills• Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

• Supports customer malware-related queries within the respective service level agreement (SLA/SLO)• 2 hour initial feedback for (Gold, Diamond, Platinum) clients• 4 hour initial feedback for (Silver) clients• 6 hour initial feedback for (Bronze, LAR) clients• Performs day-to-day analysis of files submitted by Premium Customers• Creates malware signatures that will detect malicious files submitted by clients• Provides quality response to queries and malware related concerns of clients via system/email• Ensures that the latest malwares threats, submitted by the customer, are detected by the latest signatures• Ensures that “In the Wild” malwares are detected in all pattern branch• Handles False Alarm and AM Exemption (AMEX) cases within the 2-hour Service Level Agreement (SLA)
