I am a proven leader with experience in executive business management, consulting, IT operations and managed services. I hold an active Project Management Professional (“PMP”) with twenty plus (20+) years of experience in leading IT services and operations as well as managing various teams and projects. In addition to my PMP, I also hold an MBA, concentrated in Project Management. I currently hold the position of CEO for Inobranch. Inobranch exists to help our customers achieve the best possible outcomes from their IT projects.Prior to engaging full time at Inobranch, I was a Senior Manager for Neudesic Houston. In this role I provided a blend of operational, program/project, and sales support to large, enterprise clients. Neudesic is a consulting organization focused on delivering business value through cloud adoption, big data/analytics, mobile solutions, custom applications and integrations and monetizing digital assets. As the Senior Director of Professional Services at Presidio, I was responsible for all aspects of Professional Services and Consulting delivery, with a team of nearly 30 direct reports (Project Managers and Technical Engineers). In addition, my responsibilities included leading the Regional Steering Committee and assisting in pre-sales efforts (representing delivery team in sales calls, writing proposals, developing services pricing, RFP responses). Leading up to that role, I was a Senior Project Manager at Presidio responsible for Project Management of Cisco voice systems, data systems, wireless systems and network security systems. Project Management duties included managing project aspects such as Request for Proposal (“RFP”) responses, budgeting (both cost and time), project meetings, change requests, system design, system implementation, risk mitigation, communication plans, expense reports, team resources, equipment tracking, outsourcing, and client invoicing. I departed Presidio for one year and later returned. For one year, I accepted a role as the Senior Consultant of IT Transformation and Strategic Initiatives at Rice University. I worked closely with the CIO to assist in moving Rice's Office of Information Technology in to a new, service-minded organization following an ITIL operational framework with projects consolidated under a unified PMO.
