Responsible for the compliance of ISO 9001: 2015 & 18001: 2007 & 22000: 2005 Standard Specification in the pasta factory and Concentrates factory

- Taking the responsibilities for the factory management plus the complete - compliance with the food safety operating standards - Responsible for the compliance program with all of the following :- MacDonald’s/Americana and Yum.- Responsible for the arrangement for the approval of the new food products / updates- and changes in the products recipes- Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of all issued operating - procedures and working instruction with full compliance with the requirement of ISO 22000:2005- Preparation and review of food safety management system documents- Review the policy of distributing food safety management system documents to all departments and sections of the company- Preparation and implementation of the plan of internal audits on all sections of the company- Follow up the implementation of corrective actions during the implementation phase- Preparing and following up the implementation of the objectives of the food safety system- Preparation of a plan for the identification and evaluation of critical control points HACCP Study- Conducting training courses for workers in awareness and training on the implementation of internal audits of the food safety management system- Responsible for all certification audits , last audit was certification audit for ISO 22000:2005- Maintained the tractability system for all received raw material - Supervision on the applied pest control management system- Maintained the calibration program for all monitoring and measurements equipment’s - in the factory - Responsible for all internal audits according to the applied food safety Management system.

- Working with Mas or food packaging- Scope of work :Quality assurance responsible for quality of final product package (dehydrated onion) as per the requirements of:MacDonald GMP Audit.Also responsible for follow up for the following activities:- GMP include (worker hygiene , operating area cleanness,…)- Supervision on the applied pest control management system Establish working procedure to comply with requirements of MacDonald GMP Audit

Working at (Filstas-or chemical ad medical products )- Scope of work :Responsible for quality of packaging of final page for (new mothers)Responsible or compliance with Johnson & Johnson baby product audit requirementsResponsible or the follow up of the following activities:- GMP through( Workers hygiene , sanitation ,cleanness of operating area , Pest control ,..)- Cleanness and sanitation of storage and processing areaConduct periodical internal audit according to Johnson & Johnson check list
