Whether the matter involves litigation or is transactional in nature I focus my efforts on making sure our clients'​ overall objectives are achieved. I not only aggressively represents our clients in litigation, I also look at the economic and other goals of our clients, and try to obtain solutions both in and out of the court room that accomplish these goals. I also represent individual clients in civil litigation and other legal matters. I believe that clients should be given the same professional attention regardless of the size or nature of the client or the nature of their legal matter. I am the author of a chapter on "Oppressed Minority Shareholder Actions"​ that was published in the 2009 LexisNexis'​"​ Practice Guide to New Jersey Commercial Litigation".
