I'm a program officer here who manage projects and program about social welfare.Here're what I do:1. Create program for beneficiaries client which can be impactful and empower them from the all sectors such as medical wellness until grow their economy. 2. Create budget and cost plan for the program and the beneficiaries.3. Maintain communication between stakeholders 4. Maintaining on going projects and program so keep in line with the rule5. Make an intervention if the program didn't in-line with the rule program6. Distribute the aids for the beneficiaries client 7. Make an internal report after the program/project done
