I disrupt inequitable systems. As an experienced educator and leader, I am committed to driving positive change in education through equity-driven systems change and continuous improvement. I am passionate about helping schools and districts achieve their vision and ensure that all students have access to high-quality education.Throughout my career, I have built strong relationships with district and building administration and leadership teams to establish and review district policies, procedures, service delivery models, and curriculum with an equity and culturally responsive lens to improve outcomes for all students. I have also coordinated and led various programming such as Title 3, MLSS, and PBIS, while collecting and analyzing district and building-level data to evaluate the effectiveness of policies and service delivery models. I have developed and facilitated professional learning for staff focused on equity, inclusion, restorative justice, community building, social emotional learning, culturally responsive practices, and social justice. As a coach, I have worked with teachers and administrators to improve their equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practices by building equitable, multi-tiered systems of supports.
