Identify challenges to program sustainment. Develop a process to monitor the quality of the services provided by the installation DAVAs. Conduct site visits to installations that are reporting difficulties in hiring qualified candidates. Organize and execute DAVA training for all DAVAs on this contract to promote continuity and quality for DAVA service delivery.
