An experienced Executive Search and Recruitment Consultant responsible for completing all facets of the recruitment process while focused primarily on supporting Investment Banks, Investment Management firms (including both Traditional and Alternative Investments such as Hedge Funds, Fund of Funds, Private Equity funds, VC and Wealth Management) and Technology focused companies. Primary Functions & Responsibilities Managing the full-cycle recruitment process - search briefing, developing job descriptions and requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, client and candidate feedback, checking references, extending offers and negotiating offer terms. Identifying, attracting and recruiting qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, proactively sourcing and building sustainable talent pipelines for various positions. Pre-screening candidates and actively participating in the interview and selection process from start to finish. Utilizing information gathered from interviews and references to make and support hiring recommendations that align with the overall objectives of hiring organizations. Communicating and following up with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive well-managed experience throughout the entire recruiting process. Comfortable working in a fast paced, high energy environment either independently or collaboratively with other team members. I thrive while working on multiple requisitions simultaneously while adapting various techniques and strategies to quickly but thoroughly identify exceptional candidates to meet the hiring needs of my clients while ensuring a positive candidate experience. I have the ability to develop and manage effective relationships with hiring managers at all levels while always displaying a high level of professionalism.
