I’ve been self-employed for the past 15 years and have started businesses in 4 different fields, 2 product-oriented, and 2 service-based.​ I love the process of creating, beginning, and sustaining a solo business.​My experience includes working in leadership positions for 4 brand new business owners in 3 different industries. Over 20 years ago, this began my on-the-job self-taught training in the areas of strategic planning, systems & protocol development, and client/customer retention. Being invested in these businesses, I quickly realized I needed to find tools and develop a skill set to support efficiency, growth, and sustainability.
