Delivery Director in the Strategy, Privacy, and Risk practice supporting Healthcare Risk and Advisory services. Leads, recruits, and develops a team of Principals, Senior Consultants, Consultants, and/or Associates. Manages the delivery of Healthcare services to major clients and is a trusted advisor to clients in their security, risk, and compliance needs. Is responsible for growing business in key accounts through thought leadership in partnership with sales, marketing and other delivery directors.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:• In support of the overall company growth:o Deliver Professional Service engagements to Clearwater Customers based on contracted Statements of Work (SOWs), Clearwater-defined delivery processes and Clearwater Standards of Service;o Provide support, planning, scheduling, project set up, and project management for assigned engagements and lend backup support and assistance as required and/or requested by members of the Services Delivery Team; o Proactively participate in Product Innovation Team meetings, provide input Product Innovation on product defects, enhancements, and overall design, based on Customer input, market changes and personal use; assist with maintenance of algorithms; assist with user testing; and generally serve as champion for the Company’s software during the performance of duties;o Provide pre-sales support to Business Development colleagues in demonstrating software, assessing Customer needs, developing Customer project estimates and development of Information Asset Inventories as requested; o Conduct on-line and in-person software SaaS product training sessions with Customers.o Assist Product Innovation, Account Management, Sales, Operations, Marketing and other areas with projects as requested.•

Duty Description:1. Supervises plans and executes the installation, operation and maintenance of Signal support system and network integration using radio, voice and data battlefield automation systems.2. Uses the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) process as the foundation for providing subject matter expertise to the Commander on communication and information security issues.3. Develops, schedules and implements communication equipment maintenance programs.4. Directs and implements technical equipment specific, Combine Arms Training Strategy (CATS) medical communication objectives and information security awareness training for signal specific, other unit support personnel and down trace elements (DRU) personnel. 5. Develops and executes information security policies/procedures for unit level and below elements.6. Prepares and implements signal operations orders, fragmentary orders and reports.7. Served as subject matter expert for tactical communication implementation and information security for the Medical Task Force Command & Control Consequence Response Element Alpha (C2CRE-A) Home Land Security Mission as part of the Army North (ARNORTH) Task Force which is responsible for homeland defense and defense support of civil authorities.8. Assumed additional duties including certified Mission Communications Security (COMSEC) Custodian, Army Reserve Network Administrator and United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) facility administrator during her tenure as Communication Team Chief.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities1. Initiate and update information security policies and standards and provide interpretations of current policies related to specific situations as they arise.2. Develop business cases for security initiatives involving Information Systems and data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.3. Support incident response planning and security breach investigations and serve as incident management lead on critical incidents.4. Develop and review the organization's disaster recovery and business continuity plans for information systems. 5. Development and oversight of the organization information security awareness training program.6. Manages the process of auditing users, groups, and applications on information systems.7. Monitors, audits, and reports on internal control systems to ensure that appropriate information access levels and role based access is maintained.8. Ensures that monitoring systems are in place to detect security violations.9. Responds to internal and external threats to systems security.10.
