I enjoy people and processes- so I brought those two together and pursued a career in project management. In the past 15 years, I have enjoyed many different positions including Project /Program Manager, Administrative Assistant, and Call Center Manager. In all of these, I found what I love most is the jolt of nervous energy I get when hosting a project kickoff call, the happy exhaustion I feel when a project team is pushing through the deliverables, and the sense of accomplishment I feel when the deliverables have been met! Being on a team that has launched a brand-new product is especially challenging and exhilarating. I get excited when I get to use my tools like Visio, RACI Charts and SWOT Analysis. I prioritize self -development and self -reflection. I love adding to my toolbox and tailoring methods to the specific project, iteration or program. I am a mom to three girls which brings an extra dose of passion in everything I do, both personally and professionally. We also have new-found passion for finding a gravel road to explore. I am passionate about self -care, which for me is weight -lifting and cardio. I find solace in Scripture and music, and rarely is my house quiet as I have a bass guitarist, drummer, and an electric guitar player who love to hone their crafts.
