- Discuss with patients the procedures that are being performed and possible billing inquiries patients may question- Collaborate with other colleagues in improving the practice to full potential and directly oversee that production/goals are met each week- Involved in the recruitment of prospective study subjects and maintaining the scheduling and tracking of all active study subjects- Pricing, quotes, scheduling and client interaction on a daily basis to include returning all calls and leads that come into the practice via phone, e-mail and website- Social media and website management to include daily maintenance and contact with webmaster- Responsible for scheduling appointments for existing and new patients, answering multi-lined phones, filing patient charts, and other office administrative duties such as calling in prescriptions, opening and distributing mail, dictating letters from the doctor, and updating patients medical histories in charts

- Created lesson plans and supervised 2-3 year old children- Instructed children how to trace and write numbers and the letters of the alphabet as well as how to recognize letters, numbers and shapes- Promoted growth of daily living and social skills, resolved problems, communicated frequently with parents
