My professional story began more than 17 years ago and since then I have been shaping my business, HR and operational skills. As an expert in Strategic Human Resources Planning and Business Operations, I have learned how to combine employee needs with crucial operational systems. Currently responsible for the resource planning and recruitment of staff, career development, conflict resolution and strategic operations, I have been able to innovate, create and execute major transformations with key stakeholders while focusing on efficiencies and system creation.This is what I love to do. I would like to continue my career path in HR and Operations Development. I have a deep desire to make a difference in an employees quality of life, by supporting companies’ leaders and continuously improving their processes and technologies.As a quality-oriented and goal-centric person, I love to research, analyze, and organize the business to achieve successful results.
