Oversaw and managed the day-to-day operations of The Shipyard's West Coast presence while serving as the strategic and creative lead for In-N-Out Burger brand as well as CO-OP Financial Services-- including CO-OP "THINK"-- the premier thought leadership conference and platform designed to propel and promote digital transformation in the credit union movement.

Served as EVP, Executive Creative Director as the branding and creative talents of O'Leary and Partners merged with the robust digital+data capabilities of The Shipyard Enterprises. Nimbly integrated into a new agency model while continuing to strategically and creatively lead branding for multiple diverse clients including: CO-OP Financial Services, In-N-Out Burger, Fantastic Sams Hair Salons, WD-40 Company, Oroweat Bread, Don Francisco's Coffee and Big Brand Tire. Forwardly collaborated among departments, disciplines, multiple offices, and agency partners to shepherd relevant, own-able and consistent strategic thinking across video content, web, social, digital display, broadcast, experiential, internal comms, POS, ambient, collateral, radio, LSM, DM and new product/service development.

Inspired, directed, empowered and orchestrated all aspects of the creative product within a diverse, 12-person department of content creators including copywriters, art directors, graphic designers and web designers as well as experiential and video content producers. Clients include: In-N-Out Burger, CO-OP Financial Services, Fantastic Sams Hair Salons, WD-40 Company, Oroweat Bread, Kawasaki Motor Corps, Baker's Square Restaurants, Don Francisco's Coffee, Circle K Stores, Big Brand Tire, Canadian Real Estate Association.

Wrote, produced and led multiple teams in creating effective, award-winning national branding campaigns from concept to completion for numerous blue chip clients including: Hilton Family of Brands (Hilton, Doubletree, Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites, Hilton HHonors Loyalty Program), Kawasaki Motors Corp (Ninja Motorcycles, Jetski® and ATVs), Sunkist Oranges, Bimbo Bakeries USA (Oroweat Bread, Francisco Bread, Entenmann's), Taylor Made Golf, Auto Club of Southern California, California and Nevada Credit Union League, Cingular Wireless (Regional).

Instrumental in pitching and securing the National Taco Bell Advertising business for the Bozell network. Exclusively wrote and produced National retail TV and new product test market campaigns for the Taco Bell brand before expanding creative contributions and leadership to additional clients. Clients include: Taco Bell (National and LSM) Great Western Bank, Kawasaki Motor Corp, Freeman/Dial cosmetics, various dot.coms, Ericsson.

Concepted, wrote and produced TV, print, radio, POS, ambient, collateral and OOH for national and local branding campaigns for various national and regional brands. Clients include: National Pork Producer's Council, Weber Barbecues, Illinois Lottery, Chicago Sun-Times, Gingiss Formalwear, ShopKo stores, Speedy Muffler, Loyola University Chicago, Carlson Baby Products, Miller Brewing Co (New product development). Was hand-selected within Bozell network to support sister offices in Detroit, Toronto and Southern California for select projects and new business pitches.
