Home health has been my passion for 8 years. I am certified as a Geriatric Care Informed Provider through Evergreen Certifications and LSVT BIG clinician for Parkinson's treatment. I utilize my rehabilitation skills working with complex home bound individuals who have neurodegenerative diseases, orthopedic surgeries, vestibular disfunction, and cardiovascular comorbidities to assist them in reducing their fall risk, improving their strength, and progressing them to towards obtaining increased functional independence.Along side these goals, I strive to provide wholesome care including medication education, comorbidity education, and infection prevention to reduce their rehospitalization risk while having open communication with the interdisciplinary team, the individual's family and/or caregiver, and the referring provider.
