She created new procedures, tested a new tool for data comparison and implemented the process which quickly identified inaccurate and missing provider data from rosters. On top of the trystorming event, she reported in a weekly standup meeting with senior healthcare delivery management the activities and process improvements gained in this event. Based on the stand up meetings, Dede began participating in the company Toastmasters program and was earning awards very quickly.
