Aiding in the coordination of multiple dance conferences Country-wide. Including event analysis in various cities, venue scouting, creation of social media content, creating various documents and contracts, planning of logistics, creation and maintenance of critical path & other responsibilities as assigned

Aiding in the coordination of all events in collaboration with University Advancement (A&ES). Events include Homecoming, Gift Announcements, Press Conferences, Seated Dinners, Cocktails & Panels among others.

Organizing all related business events & activities throughout Canada including stage shows, productions, national competitions, fundraisers, workshops, team bonding & life cycle events, among others. Event participation ranges from 15 – 1000+. Coordinating all components from A-Z, including but not limited to: contact with venues and suppliers, scheduling, event development and managing volunteers. Also aiding in the bookings for talent in multiple televised shows & galas. Assisting with the development of events in over 40 cities worldwide. Also assisting the event coordinator of Montreal’s 2014 event with over 10,000 attendees. This internship was 165 hours as part of the graduation requirements of the AEC program.
