I also organize and preside over team meetings and stakeholder consultations/presentations and influence several advisory committees like CRM and advisory focus committee while compiling and delivering comprehensive reports to senior management.My Key Accomplishments Include:♦ Leading the Multi-quality Improvement Consultant team within a successful Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) National project.♦ Succeeding in enrolling and supervising 264 healthcare providers and 6 acute care hospitals under the CMS Immunization Project which upheld a 100% facility retention rate due to my effective delivery of technical guidance in assessing quality measures and enhancing vaccination rates.♦ Presiding over the CMS National Immunizations Extension Project and ensuring full accomplishment of objectives.♦ Championing the realization of the 2019 TMF Physician Practice Quality Improvement Award through effectively managing the full program lifecycle, from award conceptualization to preparation for award bestowal event.♦ Advancing the recruitment of three communities to participate in the CMS Community Coalition Scope of Work.

My responsibilities included driving the process of drafting and updating the Texas Medicaid medical policy alongside multi-functional teams, state agencies and related organizations. I formally presented the finalized policy proposals to the Texas State Medical leadership to obtain authorization. Additionally, I conducted detailed data-based research and analysis of industry best practices and competitors' approaches to adequately inform the design of Medicaid benefits. I was also involved in the evaluation of policy utilization reports and communicating my findings, together with improvement recommendations, to relevant stakeholders.
