- Collaborate closely with the talent acquisition team, hiring managers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process- Screening, sourcing, and evaluating candidate's applications across the West and East areas of Indonesia to ensure alignment with job requirements through company's HRIS system and diverse sourcing channels- Update the company's recruitment needs for all areas including head office and branches to supervisor- Ensuring all job postings are up-to-date and accurately reflect our hiring needs- Expertly scheduling and managing interviews, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and hiring teams- Handling the assessment such as administering and scoring to gauge candidate's skills and their suitability for the role then presenting the results to supervisor for informed decision-making- Keeping detailed records of recruitment activities, providing insights to enhance our talent acquisition strategy- Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions- Collaborate with team to arrange the interview questions that reflect to latest company's core values and culture to ensuring that candidates are not only the right fit for the job but also for company's ethos
