My forte is in BIM, construction technology, management, architectural design drawings, 3D visualization, urban planning approvals, and building plans. Formerly, I have mainly been employed with leading architecture, urban planning and engineering firms, however, my expertise is not limited to building design as I am also qualified in communication design and lead CADCO DESIGN STUDIO, a prominent AEC, design and construction firm.I have contributed immensely to organizations on construction projects both locally and regionally through works on civil, institutional, commercial, residential and urban planning projects. I am an expert in the use of CAD software and have a keen knowledge of international drawing standards and building information modeling (BIM). I've had experience utilizing these techniques on both small and large projects while maintaining a very high level of draftsmanship. Currently, from our Tunapuna office, CADCO DESIGN STUDIO leads multiple design and construction projects, producing work for both architectural and engineering design. Our projects can be managed from the conceptual design, through approval and construction drawings, detailing to construction completion and visualization. My passion has always been within the arts-applied and fine arts: drawing, architecture and graphic design, so I spend some of my time on corporate branding projects for selective clients. I am constantly exploring the arts and have never ceased to find parallels between each art form. I have discovered that the more mediums you're entwined with, the deeper and stronger your own technique becomes. I'm always seeking methods of improving my own professional career and any organization I am a part of. I can be a great asset to any design environment and I am a great team player.
