This was a 24-week program on a part-time basis.TECHNICAL SKILLS – I have proficient experience with Microsoft Transact SQL, SharePoint, Nintex and Microsoft OneNote, along with working knowledge of Microsoft SSIS, Power Pivot and the Microsoft Office 365 tools - Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I’ve used ServiceNow, Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS), Azure DevOps and Power BI to report support KPIs. I also supported the enterprise job scheduling tool, Tidal Workload Automation.
