I commenced my career in Human Resources in 2013 gaining a wide range of experience in employee relations, recruitment, change management, policy development and implementation, training, governance and strategy. I am an experienced human resource professional who works directly with Senior Leaders to develop and direct the HR agenda to closely support organisational goals, whilst working closely with department managers to help communicate and guide implementation of the overall organisational strategy. I am a Certified Mediator with the Mediators Institute of Ireland and following the successful completion of a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management I am an Associate member of CIPD since 2015. I completed a Level 6 Certificate in Employment Law with IBEC/DIT in 2016 and successfully completed a Masters in Human Resources Management in August 2017.
