Current--Lead a team in the design, iterative development, and delivery of curriculum resources for English learner students, aligning with district-wide strategy.--Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including instructional leaders and educators, to shape strategy that addresses long- and short-term educational goals.--Analyze and interpret data to guide student outcome improvements, supporting agile and data-driven instructional decisions.--Conduct regular stakeholder engagements with staff, parents, and district leaders to ensure alignment with desired educational outcomes and organizational priorities.--Drive experimental approaches in curriculum development, encouraging user feedback from both district leaders and educators to refine resources and achieve high-impact results.--Champion continuous educator improvement and professional development by regularly delivering customized professional learning opportunities on SIOP strategies, assessment preparation, and EL instructional best practices, fostering a culture of collaborative growth and ongoing learning among educators throughout many of the 75 K-12 schools in Henrico County--Successfully launched a data-informed ESL Summer Enrichment program, contributing to high engagement and measurable improvements in student language acquisition.
