I have been involved in many cases in the area of civil litigation particularly in the fields of equity and contract at Circuit Court level.I have undertaken criminal defence work, covering the District Court (Public Order, Assault, Larceny and Traffic Offences) and the Circuit Court (larceny, manslaughter and assault).I have also undertaken debt collection litigation for a Local Credit Union, a number of management companies, a large food processing company and on behalf of our own clients at District, Circuit and High Court levels.I have been involved in cases involving all areas of Employment Law.I have also undertaken family law actions involving maintenance, access, domestic violence, judicial separation proceedings and divorce at district, circuit and high court levels.I am a qualified practitioner in the area of Collaborative Law. This is a new area of Family Law practise requiring the practitioners on both sides of the case and their respective clients to work in a collaborative manner to resolve disputes and to achieve an agreed resolution.Specialties: I am a Partner specialising in both Plaintiff and Defendant work particularly in the areas of Local Authority law, Family Law, Employment Law, Civil Litigation and in Criminal Law doing both defence and prosecution work
