Project Manager within the OEM Solutions Configuration Services team. This role involves working with OEM Customers and a multi disciplinary team to design a unique Dell Solution and implement custom requirements across client and enterprise systems. Projects are managed from pre-sales through to delivery.

VEX Robotics Mid-West Lead for Ireland, promoting and running the VEX Robotics programme for Primary and Secondary schools across the Mid-West. Includes the strategic roll-out of VEX Robotics to new schools to grow the programme, and project management of the Regional and National events.

Global Configuration Services (GCS) leverages the Dell supply chain to provide complex and custom configuration and deployment services to our customers globally. Managed multiple programs related to supply chain enablement and new offer fulfillment. Developed VR (virtual reality) factory tours for our customers as the Global Customer Visitor Centre Program Manager. Was awarded the Dell Technologies Services SVP Innovation Award for this initiative. Also held the roles of Connected Configuration Offer Program Manager, and the Organisational Development Lead for EMEA.

Managed large scale Wi-Fi, Broadband, TV & Phone installation projects. IMS specialises in wireless networks, working closely with clients to design, build and support first-class, reliable wireless networks. IMS serve as a single point of contact for the implementation and support of multiple services, making them an attractive and successful operator within the hospitality, educational, commercial and residential industries. Led a team of engineers, working on exciting projects across Europe and the UK. These included retrofit and new build projects, both presenting unique challenges. Particularly enjoyed the new-build projects, working with multiple stakeholders from the outset to build innovative and resilient solutions.

Part-time work in Barrington's Hospital from June to Aug (inclusive) from 2007 to 2009. Worked in multiple departments; as a consultant medical secretary, an accounts assistant and as receptionist on the hospital front desk. Admin work included scheduling patient procedures and appointments, transcribing medical letters and reports, dealing with patient enquiries via phone and email, working closely with the NTPF liaison officer, archiving and maintaining patient files, overseeing outpatient clinics, and operating the hospital main switchboard.Jan 2011 to Aug 2011 worked full-time in the hospital finance department within the accounts team. Worked heavily with Sage and MS Excel, posting invoices, preparing creditors reconciliations, recording daily restaurant cash, preparing ad hoc excel spreadsheets and reports, communicating with patients, consultants and insurance companies, and assisting with month end accounts.
