Created and implemented standards for instructional design staff to transform existing instructor-led courseware and educational videos into dynamic, interactive, self-guided elearning. Responsible for evaluation and selection of development tool, producing guidelines around design considerations for the visual display of content and different learning styles, re-purposing content to deliver across multiple mediums to divergent audiences.Courseware included a wide range of topics, including Marketing (SEO, Responsive Design), Multi-site, international ecommerce implementation; backend development.
