With over 25 years in the planning and property area, I specialise in spearheading large-scale, complex urban development projects from their initial stages to their fruition. My focus is on achieving results and in implementing projects. My academic journey, enriched with a Master's in Real Estate, has provided me with a versatile skill set that connects the planning with the realisation of development projects. Leveraging my experience and education, I have effectively identified and managed high-profile development projects and asset management opportunities to bring them to a successful completion.Leadership and sound governance are the cornerstones of successful business. Completing the Certificate and Diploma in Company Direction with the Institute of Directors is invaluable to my work as an Independent Non-Executive Director at LauraLynn - Ireland's Children's Hospice. I am proud to have been involved in the preparation of LauraLynn's Strategic Plan - Advancing our Vision: Extending our Community of Care, 2024-2028.
