Estimating, planning and design through to completion of many varied projects including small/medium sized renovations, simple re-decoration projects and staging for real estate sales. Working closely with clients and sub-contractors. Guiding clients through selections. Keeping clients updated on budgets and extras. Scheduling of all sub-contractors. Managing projects within budgets. Keeping projects on time. Ordering materials and furnishings. Maintaining accounts and relationships with vendors. Business accounting.

New Haven County

 Sales, estimating, customer communication. Kitchen and bathroom design with an eye to customers’ desired outcome and budget. Project management, materials selections, ordering and delivery. Keep customer updated on schedule and project changes. Guiding and educating customers through construction process. Scheduling sub-contractors. Troubleshooting.

Fairfield County

Initial contact with customers. Guide customers through estimate, design and construction process from Letter of Intent through contract, selections and final punch list. Update schedule though out process. Accompany customers on selection process including plumbing, tile, stone, cabinetry/kitchen design/vanities. Keep customers on schedule with selections. Order and arrange delivery or installation of selections on schedule. Assist Project manager on everything from permits, variances and contracts to scheduling sub contractors and communication with customers. Paperwork including bank documents, contracts and change orders.

 Planning of complete costumes for productions. Communicating with Directors, designers and actors to fully realize the production vision. Coordinating and overseeing artisans and crtsfts people in executing all aspects of costumes including dyeing, make-up, wigs, jewelry, shoes, armor, leather work as well as clothing. Managing up to 10 employees. Working within budgets and under time constraints. Working closely with designers, directors and actors. Ordering supplies and maintaining shop equipment and tools. Organizing and maintaining large stock of period costumes
