Manage a wonderful team of dedicated staff, therapists and volunteers to provide support, counselling and complementary therapies to people affected by cancer including patients, family members, loved ones and carers.

A newly created role, I managed key partner accounts in various geographies such as Northern Europe, South Africa, Indonesia and South Africa and exceeded ambitious revenue targets. My role involved: Progressing partners through our Partner Enablement Programme – business plan creation, driving sales strategy, facilitating training sessions, etc. Managing pipelines and assisting partners with RFI responses and sales  Business development – identifying and qualifying potential partners and database management Designing and developing a Partner Demonstration Site

-Project managed a large scale customer implementation where the client was expanding its LMS/LCMS capabilities and TopClass was chosen as the platform on which they could provide ASP, extended end user licenses and reseller opportunities-Had overall responsibility for managing the team and the successful implementation of project deliverables using WBT’s customised QuickValue Project Management Methodology-Tracked and managed the project costs, schedule, resources, quality and functionality throughout the project through the use of project management methodologies, regular status, team & board meetings, change control, risk/issue management, quality assurance and document templates

Canada Life Europe purchased a subsidiary of Pruduential plc and the Merger Programme office was established to manage the merger and all associated projects.Together with the Programme Manager, I initiated, facilitated and co-ordinated the eighteen projects identified in the Merger Integration Programme:-Worked closely with the Executive team, Project Sponsors and Managers of 18 projects on progress against their plans, identifying and managing key milestones, project interdependencies, programme level issues and risks -Managed the Programme Office, facilitated meetings, managed logistics and preparation of materials, updated and maintained various plans, logs and reports.-Created status update reports for the Project Managers, Sponsors, Steering Group and headquartersFourteen projects were completed on time, all of which were on the critical path and the other four were completed in the following months, none of which impacted the success of the Day 1 merger.
