Founded in 2012, the Kamber Law Group, P.C. focuses on employment law, health care law, HIPAA compliance, workplace training, contracts, agency work, and social media law as, primarily, an employer resource. Originally opened with my partner, I took over the firm in 2015. I provide services cover the spectrum of business and organizational services: contract negotiation, corporate filings, policy drafting, federal and state agency compliance and appeals (including CMS, EEOC, DHHS, DOL, NLRB, OSHA, DOH, PHRC, DLI, CMS' OAG offices, and others), client training, advocacy, mediation, litigation, and appeals. Our healthcare practice has included issues arising under Stark, Anti-kickback, HIPAA, CMS's rules, Pennsylvania's TItle 28, home healthcare, Pennsylvania's Mental Health and Parity Law, and physician contracts. Our business and employment work spans from business creation through contract negotiation through litigation and appeals. Since our inception, we have received numerous awards for client service, outstanding work, however, our primary statement of success is that we do not advertise, yet have been successful since opening our doors.

Honored to serve as board member of the Human Resource Committee, the Corporate Governance Committee, and the CSC Board. Will be ascending to Executive Committee as Secretary of the Board this coming year.
