Programs in stasis can never solve the complex, wicked problems of today's world. I rely on qualitative and quantitative data, program evaluation, stakeholder feedback, and constant improvement to manage the programs that lead the way to a brighter tomorrow.In addition to my work life, I enjoy: exploring Chicago communities, volunteering, writing poetry relevant to current events in the world and my life, and spending time outdoors.
