Strategic Management of the relationship between Open eir and a number of the telecoms operators in this market, I was responsible for management and development of the fastest growing accounts in the base. The role involved the managing and defending existing revenue streams and influencing discretionary spend. I also have introduced a number of new customers to the base which would have been previously supported by other networks. I have very effective working relationships with owner managers/ MD's of these orgnaisinations both at a techincal and commercial level. Developing and maintaining account and opportunity plans to fully understand our operators businesses.
