Responsibilities: - Managing and representing a variety of brands online. Developing brand personalities and formulating creative marketing strategies to reach the desired target market. - Account Management: Liaising with several clients on a day-to-day basis to ensure their KPIs are met and the digital strategy is tailored accordingly. Up-selling on complementary services.- Researching, writing, planning and publishing daily posts for a diverse portfolio of clients across various social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Pinterest etc.- Growing brand communities by engaging and maintaining relationships with fans. Daily efforts made to boost followers, communicate with existing fans, engage social influencers and share engaging content. - PPC strategy and optimisation. Set up and management of Adwords campaigns with the objective of improving CTRs and maximising conversions for clients.- Regular website SEO and CRO Analysis for clients. Entails reviewing their website’s search rankings, content, layout and design. By evaluating these elements, we can then provide feedback and implement changes in order to drive conversions, website traffic and improve overall site performance.- Frequent social media monitoring and reporting with management tools i.e. Hootsuite, Sproutsocial.- Media monitoring and crisis management for clients using the NewsAccess platform and Google Alerts. - Responsible for growing the online presence of Youth Nation’s media sites CollegeTimes and TeenTimes with the goal of driving site traffic in order to achieve the maximum amount of impressions for our ad partners. Content marketing using sites like Reddit and Stumbleupon helped us to boost pageviews.
