La fonction de coordinatrice exige une bonne connaissance des langues et dans tous les domaines et services de l’entreprise, Ressources Humaines, Marketing, l’informatique, comptabilité, les services Web; La coordination forme le lien entre ces services et le réseau de magasins. J’utilise donc 4 langues au quotidien. Je me déplace régulièrement dans les pays pour accompagner les magasins, assister aux réunions de régions ou pour des projets transversales. Dans mes mission on trouve notamment :- Ecrire l'hebdomadaire pour les magasins au BeNeLux (français et néerlandais)- Animer le plan commercial, anticiper, préparer et communiquer les opérations commerciales- Garantir la traduction et la mise à disposition des outils et les supports de formation- Accompagner le réseau de magasins pour répondre aux besoins et questions du quotidien : des questions et problèmes quotidien en lien avec les procédures à appliquer, l'organisation à mettre en place, résoudre des problèmes informatiques etc.- Suivre l'organisation des ouvertures/relookages/fermetures : Organiser le transport des marchandises, mettre en place des actions marketing et communication client, - Participer aux ouvertures : les implantations en magasin- Gérer les fermetures : accompagner les équipes, faire le suivi administratif- Préparer et animer les réunions de région- Intégrer et former les nouveaux collaborateurs (coordinateurs) Mission d’expertise sur le sujet de l’organisation ; gestion des flux physiques et financières- Définition des procédures- Participation à la création des formations- Développement de nouvelles application sur PDA (en groupe de travail)- Mettre en place des partenariats avec des écoles
