Over the years, Deirdre has explored every caveat of hospitality. Catering, restaurant ownership, global event planning, marketing event promotions, and most currently venue ownership. Dedicated to sustainable, nutritious food resources, education, and advocacy, Deirdre propels her mission by sharing organic gardening, livestock farming, regenerative agriculture, beekeeping, and field to table hunting with anyone who will listen. Preserving wild places and natural resources, contributing to wildlife conservation, and feeding beautiful and nutritious food to all creatures, great and small, are her passions.
