Roost DC is a property management company, where I was in charge of the onboarding process for new Homeowner Association (HOA) clients joining the Roost portfolio. - In order to open bank accounts for the HOA, I populated and sent various documents for signature via Adobe Sign, entered all homeowner information into AppFolio (property management software) which included lots of data entry, uploaded contact and insurance information into each unit owner's profile, uploaded governing… Show more Roost DC is a property management company, where I was in charge of the onboarding process for new Homeowner Association (HOA) clients joining the Roost portfolio. - In order to open bank accounts for the HOA, I populated and sent various documents for signature via Adobe Sign, entered all homeowner information into AppFolio (property management software) which included lots of data entry, uploaded contact and insurance information into each unit owner's profile, uploaded governing documents and other files into Dropbox keeping all folders organized, mailed welcome letters and other matters (notices, violations, etc.) along with many more tasks. - Constant email communication with board members, homeowners, tenants, real estate agents, vendors, and others. - I was provided a virtual company credit card to pay for mailing, Amazon orders, courier services, and/or any other service required, always keeping track of the billing and entering it properly into the system used (Divvy). - I also scheduled meetings between my supervisor and board members. - Handled the offboarding process as well. - Assisted two portfolio managers as Client Experience Assistant taking care of day-to-day maintenance requests from owners or tenants, and also answered phone calls.
