• Assisted in preparing Judge Kozinski for hearings by identifying and collecting relevant legal sources, as well as outlining their relevance to the legal issues raised in the appeal• Drafted legal memoranda for Judge Kozinski in preparation for his speaking engagements and, if required, prepared accompanying Powerpoint presentation if required• Assisted clerks in drafting memoranda for Judge Kozinski that analyzed the legal issues raised in an appeal and provided him with a recommendation
