About Deisy Leanos Meza

I am passionate about working with underrepresented students of color and finding solutions that empower curiosity for learning, develop strong critical thinking, and promote personal growth.Some of my previous experiences include project/team management, research, college/career advising, mentoring, assisting students with the college application process, and advocating for system impacted students and undocumented communities. My drive for constant growth has enhanced my ability to pick up new skills personally, spiritually and professionally.I am actively seeking potential opportunities to work with similar underrepresented communities, specifically in high school or higher education.
