CurrentAnalyzes, interprets and summarizes cross-functional informationMonitors financial target achievement, risks and opportunitiesProvides trustfully decision relevant information/recommendation to management including evaluation of different scenariosControlling of budgets and resourcesSolid experience in: Controlling, Costs Analysis, Costs Controlling, Performance Management, preparation of management reports and presentationsGood communication skills, good team playerManage and drive the quarterly latest estimate and the annual budget process for the plants;Active participation and interaction on Finance Performance monthly Meetings with Manufacturing Managers, driving and demonstrating a high level of knowledgeGross Profit/Margin Monitor (Actual x Standard deviation and possible causes)Operating Expenses (Opex) Report Preparation, as well as Action Plan formulation in conjunction with areasSales Bridge Analysis (Volume, Price, Fx, Additional/Lost Portolio)Instructor of internal financial trainings for non-financial community : Financial for non financialResponsible for controlling the Four divisions of the company (Industrial and Adhesives Tapes, Personal Safety Division, Electrical Markets Div and Industrial Specialties)Management of the preparation and analysis of plant reviews;Review and definition of annual Standard cost in AS400 ensuring compliance with global rules and guidelines;Support local LVS teams in the investment decision process; Elaboration of a business case for the implementation of new technologies and investments in Capex;Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Power Point and power BI) using proficient techniques to provided accurate and valuable information for decision-making
