Managing a cross-functional team and the implementation of multiple softwares and platforms including SharePoint, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Google Analytics, and HubSpot. In this role I collaborated with university faculty, fellows, and other teaching assistants to enhance lecture programming, pedagogy, student performance, and resources to meet the diverse needs of students.I provided academic support, guidance, and feedback on assignments and projects to students in the Business Information Systems program.
