𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:• Responsible for qualitative and quantitative data collection of office buildings, gated industrial and logistic parks, and warehouses. • Execute a comparative market analysis of regional rates, rental prices, and sales prices. • Conduct data collection of technical specifications for the classification of properties gated industrial and logistic parks and warehouses. • Capture new and old lease and sale transactions of the properties. • Conduct analysis of real estate funds of commercial buildings and industrial warehouses. • Deliver presentations and briefings to senior teams and incorporated changes into project workflows.• Review performance against targets, appropriately identifying and managing risks and opportunities.
