I lead a team of 25 people in creating and maintaining high-quality results for a multi international company.  I use my expertise in Management, Sales and other methodologies to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications that meet the company's needs and expectations. I also mentor and coach my team members, ensuring that they follow best practices and standards, and that they continuously learn and improve their skills.I’m developing a degree in Human Resources from Anhanguera University, and I am level B1 in English and Fluent in Portuguese. Before joining Ops Team, I worked as a Sales Supervisor for a Telcom Client, where I developed my Sales Skills to other level. I am passionate about development, and I always seek to learn new technologies and tools that can enhance my work. I am also a people person, who loves to collaborate, teach, and support others in achieving their goals.
