Defending lawsuits involving employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, and health and safety laws, wage and hour claims, and contract disputes.Representing public-sector clients including municipalities, public bodies, civil rights organizations, and non-profits.Regularly assisting clients in drafting employee handbooks and human resource policies, advises and represents employers in collective bargaining and labor arbitrations, and conducting investigations of personnel matters and corporate and individual wrongdoing for private employers and public utilities. Maintaining a particular focus in counseling higher education institutions on matters including Title IX and NIL. Maintaining an active pro bono practice focused on social justice matters.
