•Responsible for the analysis and improvement of daily activities associated with benefit processes and systems including WorkDay HRIS, ADP and multiple third party administrators and insurance carriers • Act as liaison between benefit administration, HRIS, HRES, Payroll, and insurance carriers. Troubleshoot and resolve file integration issues, error reports, case escalations, and enrollment system configuration for our manufacturing employees • Oversee systems for overall data integrity and functionality. Coordinate with external vendors, integrate any enhancements/releases, and identity areas for automation and process improvement • Use MSSQL (Microsoft SQL Server) daily to create, modify, and merge reports, as well as WorkDay Reporting to build new custom reports and audits• Develop and implement reporting and data analysis processes using SQL to provide meaningful insights into benefit plan performance and employee utilization trends • Conduct in-depth analysis of benefit data, including benefit plan utilization and cost, to support strategic decision-making and cost-saving initiatives • Develop and maintain policies and SOPs to ensure proper control, security, and accuracy of benefit data.
