And my approach to my work as a therapist and organizational consultant is no exception. Grounded in my professional orientation as a doctoral scholar in Counseling Psychology, I provide opportunities for individuals, groups, and organizations to cultivate and integrate equity, inclusion, and well-being within their lives. Specific to my work with organizations, my aim is to build a community of change-makers, systems builders, and leaders through training workshops, policy development, speaking engagements, and more. As a therapist, my healing work is grounded in the strengths of authenticity, radical honesty, accountability, self-empowerment, and community.
