Associate Scientist
Developed assays for preclinical readouts that contributed to FDA approval processes. This involved experiment planning, defining the assay's purpose—such as cell type identification and functional analysis—and selecting appropriate controls while refining sample preparation to ensure optimal readouts. I also generated staining protocols, notably for a project involving 20-color readouts to study the function of T effector cells versus T regulatory cells in response to a specific antigen. Furthermore, I devised a gating strategy adaptable to different sample sets, allowing for precise and criteria-based analysis.
